Sodanoga are Neopterons that fight using their back legs. They are normally an introductory monster for newer hunters.

Sodanoga
X	Neopterons that fight with their hind legs. They don’t use any element, but they can still be a cause for concern with how mobile they are.

Physiology

Sodanoga are cricket-like Neopterons. They are a bit bigger than Seltas, and have a tan colored body. They have visible wings that are an orange color. Their back feet are covered in small barbs. Sodanoga have fairly large mandibles, and extremely long antennae.

Behavior

Sodanoga are somewhat aggressive toward smaller creatures, but they know to avoid larger monsters. They are usually solitary. Sodanoga mothers will guard their eggs until the babies hatch, and then they leave them to fend for themselves. Sometimes the mother will end up preying on their own young.

Abilities

Sodanoga rely purely on physical attacks. They can leap great distances into the air. They can bite, but they mostly use their barbed hind legs. These Neopterons will use kicks and even perform a sort of cartwheel motion. Their wings aren’t very powerful. They are mostly only used to gain a bit of extra distance by hovering. But they can use this to their advantage in a fight by making it difficult to predict where it will slam down. It can also perform backflips.
