A giant Manta ray that stings its prey with lightning to paralyze it. It only hunts alone and lurks on the bottom of the ocean or large rivers.
The Ceparus Raxa found in rivers are somewhat different than those found in the open ocean floor, river Ceparus Raxa are smaller and sport tiger-like stripes on their backs, but are otherwise the same monster.
It sports a soft belly and underwings with tiny hairs, along with sharp shells on the edges of its body, and a harder carapace on the top sides, it has two protrusions on its head that resemble a Jester's hat, and two smaller ones which may be seen as horns, it has a long slender tail with a bulb on the tip that glows with electricity.
When fighting, parts of its body will gradually light up with electricity, while the water around its crown begins to freeze.

This monster boasts powerful electric organs within its body which can evenly generate electricity and send it to specific body parts, which act as coils that can keep that energy for controlled use, in addition the jester crown has several vents that act as a natural water cooler, being able to freeze water when enraged.
When attacking, it uses the electricity to attack foes directly with its paralyzing electricity, when enraged, it also uses its crown to freeze them.
The Ceparus Raxa are highly territorial and solitary, it is uncommon to see more than one in a given location, except during the mating season, where two or three may be seen.
They like to lay immobile on the sea floor and eat other fish that get ear it, attacking them with their electric coils, during the hot seasons they are easier to spot, as they will be constantly using their crowns to cool off.
